Everyone loves a good massage but have you tried shiatsu?
Preserve your ki, and restore your health and balance with an ancient Japanese artform.
Your shiatsu journey begins here.
What is Shiatsu?
Shiatsu literally means “finger pressure” and, as the name suggests, involves finger pressure on acupuncture points throughout the body.
Ancient Origins
Shiatsu finds its origin in the ancient Chinese healing art of acupuncture, and the traditional form of Japanese massage called anma (按摩).
Unlock your ki
Ki (気) is one of the most important words in the Japanese language. It can be translated as spirit, mood, feeling or even breath.
Breathe
In shiatsu, breathing is everything. Learning to breathe correctly is learning to heal correctly.
